The Cooperative Oil Pozzuolese attend the Slow Food Fair in Stuttgart, an event that will take place from March 31 to April 3, together with a group of major companies in the area of Lake Trasimeno.
It is the second year of participation, after the first experience in 2015 was marked by a large audience interested in the goodness of the lake area.
Together Oleificio Pozzuolese attend other food companies and catering, with the intention to leave “full belly” German customers, who through this experience of taste even know the whole territory, with important impacts from the tourism point of view.
Over the last four years, the “Slow Food Trade Fair – Market for Good Taste” has become firmly established as the leading Slow Food trade fair in Germany. All products on display at the event follow the guiding principles of “good, clean and fair”. Due to the strict eligibility criteria set out by Slow Food, the exhibition boasts a unique quality and thus differs clearly from other culinary events. The annually increasing number of visitors proves just how popular the exhibition has become.
